The R&B singers are touring together, but Thursday (Nov. 5) evening left a bad taste in the mouths of ticket holders. Chris Brown Speaks After Atlanta Show Sparks Beef Rumors
As mentioned, on Thursday Chris Brown and Usher reportedly didn’t hit the stage at Mercedes-Benz Stadium until about 10 p.m., nearly two-and-a-half hours after the promised start time. And even so, the singers didn’t perform together! According to TMZ, the concert playlist was allegedly cut short, too. That’s why speculations of a behind-the-scenes beef ended up online!

Then, Chris Brown seemingly attempted to shut down the narrative. Writing on Instagram Stories, he gave some advice: “Internet [cap emoticon]. Don’t fall for it.” He gave no explanation for the show delay or altered set list, either. Also, it doesn’t appear Usher has shared any comments about opening night.
Sources Allege A Backstage Beef
In an exclusive TMZ report, the outlet claims there was some kind of beef on Thursday between Chris Brown and Usher. According to unnamed sources, the singers allegedly got into a verbal argument stemming from the start time. Usher allegedly wanted to hold the concert until more fans got through traffic outside the stadium. But Breezy allegedly wanted the show to go on. Their issue hasn’t been resolved, TMZ reported. Additionally, TMZ sources allege the singers have been clashing throughout the tour and competing with each other.
