Court Documents Reveal Conditions Diddy Must Abide By After Serving His Time In Prison
On Wednesday, October 15, new court documents were filed in the Southern District of New York. This, under the United States’ criminal case against Sean “Diddy” Combs. Furthermore, the seven-page filing was signed by Judge Arun Subramanian on Tuesday, October 14. Additionally, the documents indicated that the judgment in the filing was imposed on October 3. This, the date Diddy was sentenced to 50 months behind bars.
The first page of the filing affirmed that Diddy was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. Additionally, it notes that the 55-year-old was found not guilty of sex trafficking and racketeering. Furthermore, the second page of the filing affirmed the judge’s preference for Diddy to be “incarcerated as close as possible to the New York metropolitan area.” Additionally, it noted that the 55-year-old should also be considered for admission into “any available substance abuse program” while he’s behind bars.
Meanwhile, the third page of the filing indicated that once Diddy is released from prison, he’ll be under supervised release for five years. During this time, the judge mandates that he’s not to:
“commit another federal state or local crime… must not unlawfully possess a controlled substance… must refrain from any unlawful use of a controlled substance… must submit to one drug test within 15 days of release from imprisonment and at least two periodic drug tests thereafter, as determined by the court… must cooperate in the collection of DNA as directed by the probation officer…”

Page four of the filing then states the “standard conditions of supervision.” Some conditions included are that Diddy must report to his probation office within 72 hours of his release from imprisonment. This, unless he’s instructed otherwise. Then, from there, he must report to his probation officer on the schedule he’s given.
