The signed and sworn criminal complaint from special FBI agent Brittany T. Garcia against Pooh Shiesty and his conspirators has surfaced with alleged kidnapping and robbery details regarding the incident involving Gucci Mane.

More Details On The Alleged Kidnapping & Robbing Of Gucci Mane Allegedly By Pooh Shiesty & Conspirators
As The Shade Room previously reported, on Wednesday, April 1, Fox 13 Memphis reported that the outlet was on scene at 6 a.m. This, as FBI agents executed a search on Pooh Shiesty’s family home in Cordova, Tennessee. At the time, it was unclear what the raid’s target was. However, Pooh’s dad, Lontrell Williams Sr., was reportedly taken into custody. Additionally, Pooh was also taken into custody in Dallas, Texas.
Furthermore, as The Shade Room previously reported, in October 2025, Pooh was released from behind bars. This, after serving three years for a federal firearms charge. Additionally, according to The Independent, Pooh was believed to be staying at a residential reentry facility in Dallas, Texas. Lastly, this was where he was reportedly expected to be fully released on April 11.
Furthermore, on Thursday, April 2, NBC 5 DFW published a report asserting that Pooh and his dad were two of nine taken into custody for the alleged kidnapping and robbery of Gucci Mane. The incident reportedly occurred on January 10, 2026. This, after Gucci Mane and two others reportedly traveled to Dallas to “discuss the terms of a recording contract” with Pooh. At their meeting, Pooh, his dad, and seven others reportedly “executed a coordinated armed takeover.”
Pooh Shiesty, Lontrell Williams Sr., Rodney Wright Jr., Kedarius Waters, Terrance Rodgers, Damarian Gipson, Demarcus Glover, Kordae Johnson, and Darrion McDaniel allegedly forced Gucci to sign a music release form at gunpoint.
