The first major award show of 2026 rolled out its red carpet on Sunday (Jan. 11). And from the looks of it all, celebrities had their stylists on the clock for the 83rd Golden Globes! A big theme this year seemed to be old Hollywood glam—meaning we saw plenty of all-black and shimmering looks. But, roommates, who was the best dressed? 1. Teyana Taylor Serves Risqué Glam At The Golden Globes
Sunday was a huge night for Teyana Taylor, who ended up taking home her first-ever Golden Globe award. She won ‘Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture’ for her role in the film ‘One Battle After Another.’ Before starting her acceptance speech, Teyana reminded the audience of the heat she brought to the red carpet by showing off the back of her designer gown. Taylor stunned in a custom all-black dress by Schiaparelli paired with her iconic pixie cut. Her dress featured a halter neckline and draped, curve-hugging fabric with two cutout sections. One cutout ran from her waist to her cleavage area, while the second cutout gave a peekaboo feel to her diamond bow thong. Meanwhile, her wrist, additional diamonds from Tiffany & Co., according to PEOPLE.
2. Lori Harvey Slays With Simple Elegance
Like Teyana Taylor, Lori Harvey opted for an all-black look. Fashion Bomb Daily revealed her gown was a vintage piece from Roberto Cavalli’s fall/winter collection in 2002. The black dress also had a halter-like neckline with a low v-cut in the front, and high cross-cross element in the back, exposing her full back. The gown, which featured a leather-looking print throughout, hugged her curves flawlessly and teased just enough of the influencer’s front and back! Diamonds on her ears and hands, a pair of black pumps and that throwback glam updo? Oh, sis 4+4’ed this Golden Globes’ carpet!
3. Michael B. Jordan Riles The ‘Sinners’ Up
Michael B. Jordan brought his Smoke and Stack energy to the Golden Globes! And while he didn’t win any awards for bodying those roles in ‘Sinners,’ the girlies were generous with praise for how he pulled up! From Nikki Glaser’s risqué joke that had Mama Jordan sipping her water to social media love, Michael impressed in an all-black Prada suit. He added a small diamond pin to his jacket, and brown-tinted sunglasses to the look. Meanwhile, his mom, Donna Jordan stunned in a bright blue ensemble and gorgeous, curled micro-braids.
4. Hailee Steinfeld Shows Off Pregnancy At Golden Globes
Speaking of ‘Sinners,’ the main cast did their big one on the red carpet! One standout was Michael B. Jordan’s love interest in the film, Hailee Steinfeld, who played the role of Mary. Hailee ditched the all-black theme for a peach-pink, floor-length gown with long sleeves. The Prada gown had our girl sparkling on the carpet with its silver sequins. Steinfeld added to the look with her hair parted to the side and styled in romantic, deep waves. The choker around her neck featured a large yellow diamond and 1,191 white diamond, totaling 42 carats, per PEOPLE. But her most noted accessory was her adorable baby bump! The event marks her first red carpet appearance since she and husband Josh Allen announced their pregnancy last month in a beautiful social media video.

5. Jenna Ortega Goes Backless & Sideless But NOT Style-less!
Well, okay then! When it came to the Golden Globes 2026, Jenny Ortega said Wednesday who?! While she stuck to her TV character’s favorite color scheme, the cut and style of her gown was anything but bland! Ortega opted for a black and shimmery Dilara Findikoglu gown that had movement. The dress featured a high neckline, with a structured bodice and beaded fringe sleeves, as reported by Fashion Bomb Daily.

After 24 years in the entertainment industry, Miley Cyrus can still make a splash! So it’s no surprise that she did just that at the Golden Globes 2026. She gagged the girlies with her youthful glow while wearing a Saint Laurent gown that checked both the all-black and shimmery description boxes. Her dress featured ruffled shoulders, long sleeves and sequins covering every inch. She kept her accessories simple, though, rocking rings, a dainty diamond necklace and black sunglasses.

8. Colman Domingo Never Plays With A Slay
Yup, we gon’ go ahead and wrap this one up quickly because when it comes to a red carpet, Colman Domingo keeps his foot on necks! So when he pulled up to the Golden Globes on Sunday, all it took was one glance to see his slay record is still going strong. At this year’s awards, he wore a custom-made Valentino suit, all black, down to the shoes. And while his wrist bling stood out, it didn’t outshine the diamond ivy leaves covering the left side of his suit jacket. There’s a reason he’s number 8 ’cause he obviously….you get it!

11. Jennifer Lopez Pops Out In Glitzy Brown Gown
Jennifer Lopez may be 56, but on Sunday, her style, grace, and glow were giving ageless energy! She pivoted away from all the black ‘fits we saw on the carpet, and went for a bold brown in three shades. J. Lo wore a vintage Jean-Louis Scherrer dress from LILY et Cie, per FBD. Her hair was styled in a vintage roll. Meanwhile, the mermaid-style gown covered her from neck to feet while giving glimpses at her curves through a tulle material. The dark brown patterns on the dress had a lil’ shimmer to it. And the face card? Unlimited swipes!
