On Thursday (August 6), Kai Cenat took to his second Instagram page, @kchidd3n, to share a gym progress photo. He posted the update on his Instagram Stories, cropping out a man standing next to the streamer, his arm around the streamer’s shoulders. Kai didn’t include any text with the upload. Additionally, in the flick, he maintained a serious demeanor while posing shirtless and rocking straight-back cornrows.
The Comment Section Is Drooling Over The Streamer
In The Shade Room’s comment section on Instagram, the roommates were LIVING for Kai Cenat’s apparent glow-up. Nearly 1,000 reactions later and the chat is overly loaded with love for the streamer’s physical journey, especially after previously taking a social media break and engaging his other passions, including fashion and music. Two days after Christmas last year, Kai Cenat announced his split from his very public girlfriend, Gabrielle ‘Gigi’ Alayah. In the post, he claimed he’d “never be in another relationship again.” Fans immediately suspected infidelity caused the break-up, but she later denied those rumors. Most recently, in July, the streamer admitted to and apologized for mishandling their split in the public eye.
However, just weeks after the break-up, Cenat took a large step back from streaming and social media. While he was posting less, there were indications of him spending ample time in the gym and sharing that workout content.
