Kirk Suggests Yandy & Mendeecees Are In An Open Relationship, While Rasheeda Says They’re Not Legally Married
In one part of the interview, Kirk Frost kind of clapped back at Mendeecees for past encounters. Frost said that Yandy’s man—not her “husband”—shaded him by mentioning his and Jasmine’s son, Kannon, in a conversation. Things got out of hand when they threw jabs about relationships and marriages.
And Kirk Frost sure didn’t hold back by throwing Mendeecees’ past into the mix. He told Carlos King: “I don’t care where he keeps his privates, it’s his, but when you start saying slick sh*t…You done had all these goddamn baby mamas coming for Yandy…I’m just keeping it 100; it’s none of my business. This is stuff that happened on the show.”
For context, there’s also been talk of Yandy and Mendeecees seemingly blowing up Rasheeda and Kirk’s spot by joining the Atlanta ‘LHH cast in 2021. The couple started as guests on the New York one, and came into focus on season two until season nine. Most recently, their storylines have gone viral, particularly one about Mendeecees allegedly cheating and DMing women. When Yandy cleared that up on the show, taking the blame, social media ate her up.

Kirk said that the couple attacked their transition to Atlanta in a way that pits them against him and Rasheeda. He also called out that he’s been to two weddings for the couple, and it turns out they’re not married on paper, meaning no certificate. “That threw me for a loop,” Kirk Frost said. When Carlos asked Rasheeda to weigh in, she said, “A marriage certificate is a legal document that you can go get right now. That’s what I would tell you.”
“If y’all got an open relationship, just say it. Instead of us thinking you cheating, cause he’s really not cheating if it’s not what we think. I’m not disrepecting Mendeecees cause I f**k with him. No I really do. If it’s something different, just say that,” Kirk Frost said, doubling down that “it’s something” Yandy and Mendeecees “aren’t telling the world.”
Regarding being “friends” with Yandy Smith, Rasheeda implied they’re more co-workers than anything else. She said, “…It’s levels to friendships.”

Yandy has yet to address Kirk and Rasheeda. However, Mendeecees shared a social media post that the comment section seems to think is a subtle clapback. The Instagram video showed him driving around in a drop-top vehicle with someone in his passenger seat, whom he did not fully show. He had on dark sunglasses and a lil’ smirk, matching the energy in his caption: “Minding the business that pays me.”
Lil Scrappy Reacts To What The Couple Said About Yandy & Mendeecees’ Relationship
Meanwhile, Lil Scrappy was gagged by a lil’ bit of tea spilled. As mentioned, Kirk and Rasheeda seemed to be on the same page about Yandy’s relationship not being legally binding, chile. He appeared genuinely surprised by the news in a video on social media. Then, he went off into a rant about why he “should’ve done that.” Yup, Bambi caught a couple of strays, especially after Lil Scrappy’s friend talked about changing last names in the background.
“I wish this b***h would change her last name. Take my daddy name off her name. I can’t wait ’til they get married,” Lil Scrappy said.
For context, Bam has been engaged to her boo, Rayface for nearly two months months after he proposed on her birthday. In another video, Scrap talked about needing to holler at Yandy Smith about the whole process.
“We getting legally married around this b***h. That what I’m doing next then. Imma get married without getting married. F**k that cause it took so many months to get unmarried.”
