During week two of the trial, Cassie’s former best friend, Kerry Morgan, took the stand, establishing the singer’s relationship with Diddy as highly volatile and abusive. On one occasion, she said that Diddy allegedly came up behind her, choked her, and hit her with a wooden hanger.
“Cassie was in the bathroom,” Morgan recalled on the stand, noting that the alleged assault occurred at the singer’s apartment. “It hit me behind my right ear.”
Afterward, Cassie reportedly asked Morgan to sign a non-disclosure agreement about what happened. Additionally, Diddy paid Morgan $30,000 to keep her silence. Ultimately, the incident was the last time Morgan and Cassie interacted with one another.

“I just froze, I didn’t react,” she said, alleging the assault “was very quick, but it felt like forever.”
Additionally, Mia alleged Diddy also assaulted her during another instance in his home.
“I couldn’t tell him ‘no,’ like, about a sandwich. I couldn’t tell him ‘no’ about anything. There’s no way I could tell him no.’ [If so,] he would fire me and ruin my future and somehow twist the story into making me look like a threat,” she told the court.

Former Intercontinental Hotel Security Guard Eddy Garcia Said Diddy Paid $100K For Security Footage Of Him Assaulting Cassie
During week four of the trial, former Intercontinental Hotel security guard Eddy Garcia shared his immunized testimony, alleging that Diddy ultimately paid $100,000 to retrieve what he thought was the only copy of the surveillance footage showing him assaulting Cassie at the location in March 2016. Cassie's Friend Bryana Bongolan Said She Was Hung From 17-Story Balcony By Diddy
When Cassie’s former friend Bryana Bongolan took the stand, she alleged that in September 2016, Diddy hung from Cassie’s 17th-floor apartment. Similar to Kerry Morgan’s testimony, Bongolan allegedly Diddy allegedly came up from behind her, “lifted [her] up and then had [her] on top of the rail.”
“Do you know what the f**k you did?” he allegedly yelled at her.
He had supposedly found out about Bongolan hiding her ex-girlfriend in the apartment when he arrived. Ultimately, Bongolan shared that she suffered neck pain and bruising to her leg and back from the incident.
“I was shaking a lot,” she recalled of the alleged incident.
To note, later during Bongolan’s testimony, the defense cross-referenced her statements, casting doubts on her allegations. The defense asserted that during the time of the alleged incident, Diddy was traveling with Cassie on the East Coast. They reportedly showed receipts confirming his dining and hotel reservations.
“You agree that one person can’t be in two places at the same time,” one of the defense lawyers reportedly asked Bongolan, as she maintained her testimony.
She ultimately said, “I will never forget him holding me on that balcony.”
Additionally, the defense noted that Bongolan allegedly told prosecutors Cassie had been a witness to the ordeal. However, a text retrieved between Cassie and Kristina Khorram showed the singer alleging that she had “learned of” the event from Bongolan.

On the stand, Jane explained that the longest hotel night she ever participated in with Diddy lasted three and a half days. Some encounters involved multiple men — specifically, encounters that included 3-4 men would be referred to as “all-star parties.” Furthermore, Jane testified that she would often drink coffee or protein shakes or take drugs like ecstasy, molly, cocaine, and pink powder to stay awake for the encounters.

On the stand, Jane explained that she experienced shoulder and back pain from staying in certain positions during the sexual encounters with entertainers. Like Cassie, she added that she also experienced frequent UTIs and yeast infections, which required antibiotics.

"Jane" Said She "Almost Fainted" When She Read Cassie's November 2023 Lawsuit Against Diddy
When Jane learned about Cassie’s November 2023 sex trafficking, sexual assault, and abuse lawsuit against Diddy, she says she “almost fainted.”
“I think I did,” she added on the stand.
Reading the lawsuit to Jane felt as if she was reading her own “story.”
“I was just in a complete state of shock, just messaging him, and just like, ‘What is this?'” she recalled to the court before reading her text. “The sick part is you knew this was coming and you gaslit me and made me feel crazy about the sex trauma I was developing knowing you’ve been here before… It’s all so clear that this was sexual exploitation that you framed as love for your sick fetishes.”
Diddy allegedly did not respond to her for two days, then abruptly asked her to call him. Once on the phone, Diddy alleged Cassie’s allegations were just some “kinky s**t” her and her was into and “both enjoyed.” Additionally, he told Jane that he needed her “friendship.”

"Jane" Revealed Diddy Is Not Only Currently Paying Her Rent But Also Paying For Her Attorney
Earlier in her testimony, Jane alleged that she and Diddy settled on a “love contract,” made in part to compensate her for her participation in the various hotel nights. As part of the contract, Diddy assumed the responsibility of paying her rent. However, on day 19 of the trial, Jane revealed to the court that Diddy is not only still paying her rent but also paying for the lawyer she’s currently using in the ongoing trial.
Diddy reportedly retained the lawyer for Jane in March 2024 after his various residences were raided by Homeland Security. Jane reportedly met with the defense team up until April 2025, when she stopped on her own will. In her cross-examination, she noted that she was prepared by the prosecution about 2 or 3 times.

On June 18, 2024, Jane says Diddy arrived at her home in Los Angeles for an apparent romantic evening. However, when she confronted him about allegedly being on a trip with a woman between 18 and 21 years old, she became angry and pushed his head into a marble counter. Things escalated with Diddy allegedly kicking down multiple doors in her home in pursuit of her. Additionally, he allegedly picked her up in a chokehold, punched her, kicked her, and dragged her throughout her house, allegedly leaving her with a black eye.
