Hand in hand, arm in arm and side by side! The celebrity couples are gracing the red carpet for one of fashion’s most anticipated nights The Met Gala. This year attendees will enjoy a night centered on the theme In America: An Anthology of Fashion. As for the dress code, fashion stylists and designers were tasked with creating gilded glamour looks. If you need a lil’ breakdown, think white tie or old school glitz and glam. We’re talking black tailcoats, bow ties, floor length gowns and even long gloves.

Gabrielle Union & Dwayne Wade
The Wades went for a regal look in their Met Gala choices! Gabby wore a curve-hugging, silver, glitzy gown adorned with a large red flower around the waist and a train of white feathers. Dwayne had his abs peeping through an unbuttoned white coat paired with white trousers. He accessorized the fit with a cane.
Kim Kardashian & Pete Davidson
Kim Kardashian is not being shy about stepping out with her man Pete Davidson! The pair graced the Met Gala carpet with classic looks. Kim wore Marilyn Monroe’s famed Birthday Dress. We’re talking skin-tight, golden with jewels covering the entire sleeveless gown. Meanwhile, Pete paired his black tie suit with some dark sunglasses.
Kourtney Kardashian & Travis Barker
Kourt and Travis hit the carpet in matching black-and-white outfits. Travis opted for a suited look, including a long coattail and fitted suit jacket. Meanwhile, Kourtney wore a long-sleeved white top paired with a long black skirt featuring a bandaged fabric covering her stomach area!
Blake Lively & Ryan Reynolds
One thing about Blake, she doesn’t play with the red carpet assignments! She stepped out in a strapless gown adorned with silver, gold and copper jewels and a huge copper bow and train. She topped off the look with copper-colored gloves. Later in her red carpet stride, Blake’s team unfolded the large bow to reveal another part of the dress, taking it from copper-colored to an aqua blue! Ryan opted for a clean cut suit paired with a white bow tie, a silver chain link and white pinned flower.
