According to Bossip, Dayira Jones— also known as Dayybella—reportedly wants London On Da Track fined 1,000 for every day for noncompliance and jailed for not taking court-ordered DNA test.
The alleged baby mother filed a motion for contempt against London On Da Track , in which he was accused of ignoring a court-ordered DNA test.
It’s reported that London On Da Track wanted the DNA test, but is now stalling “for as long as possible” to avoid paying child support based on documents obtained by @bossip.
It’s also stated that London On Da Track stopped giving Dayybella assistance, back in February of this year, once he started to question the paternity of the child.
Documents state the influencer and entrepreneur is a stay-at-home mom and needs immediate financial assistance for the child, who receives health insurance through Medicare. She also requested that the judge ordered London On Da Track to pay temporary, emergency support, until the DNA situation is resolved.
Bossip also reported that Jones sued London On Da Track for child support, earlier this year.
“Jones sued London for child support for her baby boy earlier this year. Jones reportedly said London is worth at least $1.5 million and she’s asked for an upward deviation from state child support guidelines because of his high income.”
London On Da Track countersued and stated he wanted joint custody.
