It seems Tory Lanez’s past is haunting him as he faces more legal trouble stemming from a fight that happened with “Love and Hip Hop Miami” star Prince in 2019 at one of Miami’s hottest nightclubs.
Prince is claiming Tory and his security detail jumped him while at LIV Nightclub, TMZ reports. In docs obtained by TMZ, Prince says he was in the club in November 2019 when he got into it with Tory Lanez.
Prince claims Tory started to verbally antagonize him, which eventually led to Tory allegedly taking a swing at him and landing a punch. In case y’all don’t remember this fight, there was a little video of the scuffle that went viral but it should be noted that it’s hard to make out if Tory was part of the beatdown.
Prince claims Tory’s security detail or crew also joined in their fight–punching, kicking and beating him. Prince didn’t actually say what triggered the initial verbal exchange, but claims the fight left him all toe’ up with blunt force trauma to his head, neck, chest and back and multiple contusions and bruises to his body.
Prince is suing Tory for unspecified damages.
Tory is also being investigated by the L.A. County D.A. over allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion and for gun possession.
While no charges have been filed in that case, Megan has officially went on record and identified Tory as her shooter.
