Police in Phoenix, Arizona are on the hunt for a man who was seen on camera casually walking into an LGBT youth center and setting it on fire.
According to abc6, this crime may not be what most of you were probably thinking. Police said the suspect, 26-year-old Darren William used to be a client at the youth center, but aged out of eligibility when he turned 25.
One.n.ten Executive Director Linda Elliot says the group has no plans on returning to the damaged building.
“The sort of good news here is we had already started the build-out of our new youth center back in early June and that will completed in early September” at the Parson Center for Health and Wellness in downtown Phoenix, Elliot said.
