This week, a viral video exposed a Maryland cop and female civilian’s intimate link-up while on duty.
In the 47-second clip, Francesco Marlett kissed and felt the body of an alleged mistress before climbing into the back of the squad car together. As of Wednesday (Sept. 6), the Prince George’s County Police Department suspended Marlett pending an investigation.
The adult woman involved, Virginia Pinto, told The New York Post that the daytime encounter was not a “one-night stand.” Instead, she revealed a two-year romance. But the cop’s wife, Paula Marlett, says her husband “used [Pinto] for sex.”

Nelson O. reportedly filmed the intimate encounter at Oxon Hill’s Carson Park, per The Baltimore Banner. Nelson claims the cop and woman spent about 40 minutes in the back of the police cruiser and then left separately. The witness said the situation was “concerning because [there were] kids around.”
Nelson O. reportedly refused to provide his full name to the outlet due to retaliation fears, adding that the clip was first shared on a relative’s TikTok account.
According to a department statement on Sept. 6, this is the second video allegedly involving Marlett and an adult female on duty. Following an internal affairs investigation, Maryland’s Administrative Charging Committee will recommend potential disciplinary actions to Police Chief Malik Aziz.
“I know the officer’s actions seen on these videos have sparked a range of emotions in the community and put a negative spotlight on this agency and the many hard-working women and men who wear our uniform. I expect every officer to conduct themselves in a way that will not dishonor this agency or this county. I assure the residents of Prince George’s County I take this matter extremely seriously,” Chief Aziz said.

Woman Seen Entering Maryland Police Cruiser & Cop’s Wife React To Viral Video
Paula, the wife of the cop involved, first identified the woman in the viral clip, per NYP. On Wednesday, Paula allegedly posted a scathing message on Facebook for Virginia Pinto, telling her to “rot in hell b***h.”
Meanwhile, Virginia — a mother and U.S. military vet — appears to be taking the unbothered road. Though she says getting caught “sucks,” Pinto believes “this will pass.” She mentioned that her 15-year-old son’s father is a Caucasian man, indicating that she might “have a thing for Caucasians.”
“In my head, I’ve done nothing wrong. I’m going to continue living my life, doing what I’m doing. In my heart, in his heart, I know that I’ve done nothing. He knows. Paula knows. I’ve done nothing wrong. God is my higher power.”
However, according to texts from Paula to NYP on Wednesday, the wife spoke harsh words about her cop husband’s entanglement with Pinto. She alleged Pinto is divorced because “she can’t stop cheating and inserting herself into other ppls business.”
“My husband used her for sex bc she was easy,” Paula said. “I never put our marriage out there bc like all marriages we hit a rough patch. We get through everything at the end of the day.”
It’s unclear if Pinto and Francesco will continue their affair. The suspended cop had not provided a statement to any media statements as of Friday morning.
