Master P Doesn’t Think Kevin Hart Should Force Celebs Into Donating To Hurricane Harvey

According to TMZ, Master P donated a large sum of money to Harvey relief but didn’t say how much, and believes that’s how it should be. He feels like it shouldn’t be a competition to see who gives the most, and that it should really come from the heart.
