Lets talk about the challenge, though! Megan had the girls go head-to-head with the boys in a three-round challenge. First up: a twerking competition (you already KNOW Megan was living for this), which ended in a tie. Round two? Limbo. The boys slid their way to a win. But it was the final round a puzzle race to reveal the next bombshell where the girls snatched the crown. Megan didnt just leave them hanging either she brought two brand new Islanders into the mix: 23-year-old TJ Palma and 24-year-old Andreina Santos.
