Many Houston residents are still feeling the aftermath of the winter storm Uri, which happened a few weeks ago, that left many without electricity, water, and caused severe damage to homes. Several celebrities have donated to victims, including #Beyonce, #Gunna, and countless others. Now the GRAMMY-nominated H Town Hottie, #MeganTheeStallion is prepared to partner with others to give back to those who need it the most.
Earlier today, Megan shared a message on Instagram announcing that she would be partnering with Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee and the National Association of Christian Churches Disaster Services (NACC) to help restore Houston. However, she won’t be doing the work alone. #TarajiPHenson, #Maroon5, #FashionNova, #300Entertainment, #MielleOrganics, and others are among the coalition of stars and organizations that will be assisting her.
Megan detailed on her Instagram who she plans to focus on for the rebuilding efforts. She wrote, “Like many of you, I have been devastated by the tragedies that Houston has been struck with. Today I’m so proud to say I will be working alongside NACC disaster services and U.S. representative Sheila Jackson Lee to help me build my hometown of Houston. I am a listing the help of friends, partners, and colleagues to put together a supergroup coalition to raise funds that will rebuild and repair homes and no cost to senior citizens and single mothers.” She continued by giving her fans known as the “Hotties” a chance to participate and take action by signing up to volunteer through her website MeganTheeStallion.com. In addition, the proceeds from Merchandise sold on her website will be going towards NACC’s rebuilding efforts.
