I don’t know what gave fans the impression that Michelle Williams is the one to try, but for anyone who may have thought that was the case, she let ‘em know tuh-day!
In other words, don’t let that sweet exterior fool you because Michelle Williams won’t let people talk to her just any kind of way. She proved that point under a post on her Instagram in which she was promoting her new book, “Checking In,” which will be released on May 25th.
In the video, she explains that she has been busy signing thousands of inserts for her book, which will be distributed at Barnes and Noble.
While Michelle was getting her businesswoman on, a fan thought that it was the perfect time to remind Michelle that she has no children and that she should start making some. And that’s where he messed up.
The fan’s comment under Michelle’s video read, “Michelle I love you but you need some children…u r 2 bored…”
Michelle saw what the fan had to say and told him he was an idiot. Taken aback by Michelle’s response, the fan said, “woooooow that was uncalled for thank you.”
And then well Michelle, who should really now go by the nickname Michelle “Clapback” Williams, proceeded to read the fan down with a whole lesson to help him see the error of his ways because though it is NOT her job to educate people (especially men), she explained why his words were problematic and harmful.
“No, what’s uncalled for is you telling a woman that she needs to have children,” Michelle began her reply. “What if that woman CAN’T have children?? What if that woman DOESN’T WANT children….Don’t you ever let that come out of your mouth or your fingers on a comment section again to ANYBODY. I would have ignored but too many people need (to) stay out of a woman’s uterus!! Now scram and be blessed!!!”
Michelle said it all. Let’s hope the fan learned today.
