If you didn’t know, Miguel’s longtime love story with Nazanin Mandi began in their teens, spanning nearly two decades before they tied the knot in 2018 and officially split in 2022.
The R&B singer explained, “The f**ked up part is that people start doing the wrong math.” Miguel continued, “The one thing I did not do was start a relationship while I was married and then have a baby. I got divorced. I met my son’s mom after we were divorced. I met her at an event we weren’t even supposed to go to. That was well after we were done.” Additionally, he said, “I’m proud to be a father. I’m proud of my partner…he couldn’t have a better mother.”
