On Sunday, December 15, Monica shared a carousel showing her over 13 million Instagram followers a glance into her wash day and self-care routine. While giving viewers a look at her shampoo of choice, the singer also shared a few selfies flaunting her complexion makeup-free.
“SELF CARE SUNDAY …. stop finding joy in others, people cant take what they didnt give. put your physical & mental health first .. Wash Your Rear & Hair ” she wrote in the caption of her carousel.
