Ne-Yo Discusses The Rules Of His Polyamorous Setup
The interview had social media side-eyeing Ne-Yo heavily after he explained that he doesn’t demand exclusivity throughout his polyamorous relationships. However, if it is offered to him and he accepts, there will be rules to follow.
“Nothing is above a conversation as long as we’re being honest. But your exclusivity to me doesn’t mean exclusivity to you. If you make that decision and I say aight cool, well then here’s the rules I need you to follow,” he said.
When asked which celebs showed love for his lifestyle, Ne-Yo said plenty of famous dudes hit him up on the low to congratulate him. But he made it clear he’s not tripping over who supports him or not — he’s living his life for himself, not for anybody else. Furthermore, Ne-Yo straight-up described his relationship set up as “a community and a team.” He also mentioned that his mother and his kids’ mothers know all about his polyamorous relationships. And just so folks don’t get it twisted, he added that “it’s more than just an orgy every night.”

Despite knowing how Ne-Yo is living, there’s one mother of his kids who isn’t here for him flaunting it. Recently, Sade Bagnerise, went off about his letting their kids witness his relationship setup. Bagnerise is the singer’s former mistress whom he fathered two kids with while married to Crystal Renay.
“And didn’t tell your corny a** not to have that s**t going on in front of my kids, to do that cornball s**t on YOUR OWN TIME,” Sade wrote.
Sade aired him in a series of IG Story posts, calling cap on his polyamory claims and saying he’s just in an open relationship.
“And poly relationships aren’t 5 plus gfs they party with u every night so u can pick up more girls to hook up with. That is what you call an OPEN RELATIONSHIP. You’re a wanna be boyfriend pimp/tricc. You like the GFE. Stop disrespecting POLY. There is nothing exclusive about what you got going on. Weirdo,” Sade continued.
