Nelly Has Studio 54-Themed Birthday Bash
Nelly has fans cutting up after seeing footage from his birthday party over the weekend. His wife Ashanti shared the footage on her Instagram Stories on Sunday, November 1, and it has fans howling! The event was a costume party, and the theme was Studio 54 — the 1970s infamous celebrity hangout. Nelly came dressed as one of Studio 54’s most famous guests, Michael Jackson. Furthermore, he dressed like Jackson in his video for ‘Rock With You,’ right down to a black-and-silver sequin-striped jumpsuit. Not only that, but Nelly also wore a pair of silver moon boots, and footage of his shenanigans at the celebration has folks in stitches.
The recording artist is seen dancing with Ashanti in the footage (who is dressed like Diana Ross). The couple dances and sings to the track in the clip, and the footage also features Nelly making his entrance at the event, sporting his infamous smile.
