It looks like Nene Leakes may be facing a new lawsuit, and this time she is reportedly being sued by her boyfriend’s estranged wife.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh is accusing Nene of hooking up with Nyonisela Sioh while he was still married to her. Malomine claims Nene shared photos of her and Nyonisela on social media causing her to be humiliated and ruining her marriage. Malomine says she has suffered from emotional distress, mental anguish, and a loss of affection, and now she’s seeking more than $100k.
Nene confirmed to us last December that she and Nyonisela are dating after they were spotted out together multiple times.
The confirmation of their relationship came a few months after Nene’s late husband Gregg Leakes passed away due to cancer. At the time, Nene said to us,
“I will love Gregg forever & ever! Grieving is hard! Even harder & depressing alone. Gregg and I had a very tearful conversation before his passing. His words to me were ‘be happy, keep smiling and he who finds you has found a good one.'”
Nene and Nyonisela have documented the development of their relationship on social media. As previously reported, back in April, Nene and Nyonisela took a trip to Ghana and shared videos and photos of their trip.
On Thursday, after the news of the lawsuit, Nyonisela took to Instagram with a message and said,
“The best u can do to urself in life’s not to allow negative people to bring u down to their level; just maintain ur self respect and keep away from them. Know that u can’t hangout with negative people and expect to live a positive life. Don’t forget that the less u respond to negative people, like my separated ……the more peaceful ur life will become. Always surround urself with people who value ur worth and if someone doesn’t appreciate ur presence, the best u can do is to let them appreciate ur absence.”
