NeNe Leakes‘ eldest son, Bryson Bryant, reportedly “cannot be found” after striking a plea deal and receiving probation for a 2023 drug offense.

More Details On Bryson Bryant Reportedly Being MIA
On Monday, November 11, In Touch Weekly published an exclusive report about Leakes’ son. The outlet asserted that it obtained an affidavit filed by Bryant’s probation officer on October 3. According to the document, Bryant “cannot be found” and “has been MIA… for months.”
More specifically, the probation officer reportedly asserted that Bryant has “failed to report on at least two occasions” between August and September. Subsequently, the probation officer reportedly called Bryant’s cell phone to no answer, and checked jail records to see if he had been incarcerated. However, the officer determined that Bryant was not.
Most recently, the officer reportedly mailed a letter to Bryant’s last known address, informing him of his urgent need to check-in. Per In Touch Weekly, no further updates have been made to the probation officer’s affidavit filing as of November 11.
A Recap On NeNe Leakes’ Eldest Son’s 2023 Arrest
As The Shade Room previously reported, Bryson Bryant was arrested on July 3, 2023, in Lawrenceville, Georgia. During the ordeal, Bryant was found with fentanyl and charged with possession.
At the time, Bryant reportedly lied to police, falsely informing them that he was his younger brother, Brentt. Subsequently, he was also charged with “giving a false name, address or birthdate to a law enforcement officer.”
More Details On Bryson Bryant’s Sentencing For The Drug Offense
In July of the following year, Bryant reportedly reached a plea deal with prosecutors, per The Shade Room. The deal reportedly dismissed a felony charge of “Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.” Instead, Bryant pled guilty to a “misdemeanor charge of Giving False Information to a Law Enforcement Officer.”
“After reviewing the evidence presented by the State during discovery, it was determined that police likely did not have reasonable articulable suspicion to conduct the traffic stop that is shown in the body camera footage,” Dominko C. Rumph reportedly told In Touch Weekly earlier this year.
Ultimately, Bryant was sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered to pay a $500 fine. In August, In Touch Weekly released the body cam footage of Bryant’s arrest and reported that he was also ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, adhere to random drug tests, and refrain from alcohol use. At the time, the outlet reported if Bryant did not comply with his probation terms, he would be detained.
