New Orleans Senior Breaks Boundaries with 115 College Acceptances and $4 Million In Scholarships!

There are no limits to how far Black Girl Magic can take you, and Antoinette Love has just shown y’all the proof! She has officially been accepted into 115 colleges and received almost $4 million is scholarships!
Antoinette told CNN that she lost count of how many schools she actually applied to, but kept pushing to break boundaries. She added that the great news took her off guard and she “just wanted to see how many I could get into.”
“I just kept applying. At first I didn’t think I was going to get this many, but they just kept coming in,” she said.
Antoinette stands as one of the top students in her class with a 3.7 GPA. She is also heavily involved in the anime club, national honor society, English honor society, and Rho Kappa social studies honor society at the International High School of New Orleans.
With so many options, Antoinette says she has no clue what school will choose to attend. However, she has narrowed her choices down to Louisiana State University, Valparaiso University, University of North Texas, Fisk University, Randolph University, Brandeis University, and Mississippi State!
She plans to make a decision by May 1 with the help of her family and friends.
Antoinette plans to major in elementary education and become a teacher. She says she loves to encourage others to be their best selves, and can’t wait to serve children.
Her counselor, Denise James, reflected on her hard work and accomplishments as well.
“Antoinette is a very sincere student with a pleasant personality,” James said. “She’s focused and enjoyed reading and has managed to sustain a very impressive grade point average.”
We congratulate Antoinette on such an amazing achievement, and hope she continues to inspire others along her journey!
