Nia Long Participates In The Viral “Backup Dancer Challenge”

On Tuesday, October 21, celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins took to Instagram to share a clip from her apparent session with Nia Long and her friend Daphne Wayans. Furthermore, Jenkins captioned the clip, “So how did they do? I told @iamnialong and @daphnewayans that they dont have to do their last set if they would be my back up dancers! #Love#stephaniemillschallenge #goodvibes”

To note, the “backup dancer challenge” seemingly sprouted on social media by way of creators telling their friends and family to dance in their background while they lip-sync to a song of their choice. In this clip, Jenkins, Long, and Wayans also appear to incorporate the “Stephanie Mills challenge,” which has gone viral through a remix of her 1980 hit song, “Never Knew Love Like This Before,”making waves on social media.

Check out how Nia Long got busy in response to her friend’s challenge below.
