The lack of diversity at the Oscars definitely has many Black celebs responding with “enough is enough.” From Spike Lee to Jada Pinkette Smith, this year the Academy Award nominees have really pissed people off. Well the latest person to open up about his thoughts on the controversy is comedian and actor, Nick Cannon.
Nick took to social media to express his feelings on racism in a very creative way… through spoken word. Yesterday the Wild N’ Out Host uploaded a video of himself reciting a powerful poem that touches on police brutality, The Oscars and more for his Spoken Word Sunday Series.

I’m talking Oscar Grant, Sandra Bland, Mike Brown, Tamir Rice, Eric Garner, Freddie Gray.
Why we trust what the news say anyway?

Talent and brilliance? Hands down, man we got that shit.
