As we have previously reported, #NickGordon was arrested last month after his girlfriend #LauraLeal told authorities that he hit her.
She later changed her story and said that Gordon never hit her and insisted that she didn’t necessarily feel unsafe around him, so she wrote a letter pleading with the judge to release him from jail. At first, the judge said no, but now it looks like he’s changed his mind!
Gordon won’t be facing charges for the incident since Leal changed her statement to police. Also, since there were no witnesses, they couldn’t move forward with the charges anyway.
Now, he’s not totally clear. The judge told Gordon that he would be granted release on the condition that he stayed away from her, but that very evening she visited his house! Since he violated he judge’s order, Gordon was charged with a violation.
