Nicki Minaj’s Mom Confirms The Birth Of Her Grandchild—“Thank You Lord For Blessing My Daughter”

Roommates, following the news that Nicki Minaj has finally given birth to her first child with husband Kenneth Petty, her mom has confirmed the news. Nicki Minaj’s mom posted a heartfelt message on Instagram officially confirming the widespread news that her daughter recently gave birth.

Following the reports that Nicki Minaj finally became a first-time mom courtesy of the birth of her child with husband Kenneth Petty, her mother Carol Maraj took to Instagram to congratulate her daughter on her new “bundle of joy.”

Grandmama Maraj shared a piece of fan art showing Nicki, 37, cradling her new baby, just a day after it was reported that Nicki welcomed her child on September 30th. She captioned the photo with the following message:

“Thank you Lord for Blessing my daughter @nickiminaj with a beautiful bundle of joy! You have always been a Blessing to myself and your family, and now you have received one of the best Blessings from God. “Children are a gift from the Lord. They are a reward from Him.” Psalms 127:3 #glamma let us rejoice!!!!”

As we previously reported, multiple sources have revealed that Nicki gave birth to her and Kenneth’s first child on September 30th in Los Angeles. At the moment that baby’s name and sex have not been revealed just yet.

Nicki first announced that she and Kenneth were expecting back in July. She released a few photos from her maternity shoot as she showed off her adorable baby bump. She thanked her fans for the well wishes after revealing that she was expecting and said, “Love. Marriage. Baby carriage. Overflowing with excitement & gratitude. Thank you all for the well wishes.”
