Nicole Murphy Publicly Apologizes To Lela Rochon For Kissing Antoine Fuqua

Nicole Murphy has been under fire for a little minute now after she was seen on camera locking lips with Lela Rochon’s husband Antoine Fuqua a few months back. Now, Nicole is coming forward to tell her side of the story, but more importantly, to offer an apology to Lela.

Nicole sits with Wendy Williams and of course the conversation had to come up. When asked about the photos that surfaced of her and Antoine Fuqua, Nicole Murphy admitted several times that she was wrong for putting her lips on a married man. She says they were on a business trip, and got caught in the heat of the moment.

She even went one step further and publicly apologized for what happened.

“It was a moment where I should’ve thought more into the situation, and made better judgements,” she says. “So it’s something that I apologize for.”

Nicole Murphy also speaks on the statement that was released following the situation. The alleged statement spoke to the situation from Nicole’s point of view saying that she and Antoine are just family friends who “exchanged a friendly hello and that was it.” Nicole says that statement was not made by her.

She also explains she is not actually close friends with Lela as the media claimed, and added she was under the impression that their marriage was not working out. Despite that, Nicole offers an apology, and her regrets about what she had done.

“It was in the heat of the moment, It should not have happened, I regret it,” she says. “It was a mistake and I’m a human being.”

As we previously reported, the drama between the love triangle began when paparazzi photos of Antoine and Nicole kissing surfaced. Shortly after, Nicole Murphy allegedly released an apology to Lela and her family after Lela Rochon deleted her instagram account.
