In a now-viral clip, the actor and rapper appears to revisit the explosive moment when he stormed the stage and slapped Chris Rockan incident that shook Hollywood and sparked global headlines.
In a newly released ‘Fire in the Booth’ freestyle with Charlie Sloth, Smith apparently aims bars at the heart of the Oscars incident. Many fans online are interpreting the lines as Smith standing firm in his controversial decision that night. Without naming names, Will Smith is seemingly still addressing the fallout through his music rather than public statements.
“If you talking crazy out your face up on the stage and disrespect me on the stage, expect me on the stage,” and “Jokers dish it out, cry foul when its time to take it,” Will raps. “City full of real ones, wasn’t raised to fake it.”
