Alright #Roommates, if you’ve been trying to figure out how you’re going to fund your holiday season expenses, you’re in luck because Target just put out a hiring call and a lot of people will have heavier pockets.

While we’re still waiting on the official start of the fall season to begin, @Target is getting a head start on the holiday season. The popular retail chain just announced the plan to hire 130,000 workers for the holiday season this year. However, the best part of all of this is that all positions start at $13 an hour or more!

Melissa Kremer, Chief Human Resources Officer, explained the process of seasonal hiring at Target:

“We’re so excited to start welcoming our new seasonal hires, and give them opportunities to train and prepare with the rest of our team as we head into the busy holiday seasonGetting an early start with those preparations made a big difference for us last year, and it’s a great way to get the entire Target team pumped up for the most fun and exciting time of the year.”

If the increase in hourly pay and job availability isn’t enough to get you to apply, Target has a few more incentives to help you make the decision. In addition to the competitive wage, all hourly team members—including seasonal hires—enjoy a range of benefits, such as:

• A 10% discount at Target stores and on
• An additional 20% wellness discount off fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, Good & Gather Organic (beginning Sept. 15), C9 and Up & Up tobacco cessation products
• The opportunity to earn holiday pay on Thanksgiving and Christmas
• Flexible schedules which allow team members to work a variety of hours

Target is also continuing the appreciation program by planning to invest $2 million to team members and their communities. Additionally, all stores, distribution and fulfillment centers, will select two hourly team members who will be chosen at random and receive a $250 Target GiftCardand the opportunity to gift a $250 donation to a local organization of their choice.

You can apply for any of the seasonal positions at Target here.
