CJ So Cool is stirring up the internet once again! This time with bold claims about his influence on the current era of content creators, as well as dropping a few words for DDG and Kai Cenat.
On Tuesday (April 22), CJ So Cool took to Snapchat to announce that he’s creating content again and is ready to claim the top spot. In a two-minute clip posted on The Shade Room Teens, he reflected on his past influence on YouTube and suggested that many of todays biggest creators used to look up to him.
“Im the one that all these kids that are going viral on the internet now was watching when they were kids,” CJ said. “Im the reason they were like, ‘Im going to do this when I grow up.'”
But it didnt stop there. CJ called out Kai Cenat and DDG by name, accusing both of them of switching up and acting “Hollywood” when he’s tried to reach out to them in the past.
According to CJ, he and Kai were texting at one point, but that stopped after CJ shared screenshots of their messages online. CJ chalks it up to him being excited, but he says Kai wasn’t too fond of it and ghosted him after that. As for DDG, CJ claimed the two of them were cool and had squashed their previous beef. However, he says DDG did not respond to him when CJ hit him up while visiting his city. The clip ends with CJ professing that he will show them how it’s done and that one day they will ask to join his stream.

CJ So Cool has been in the headlines for weeks following his messy split and ongoing drama with ex-girlfriend Royalty and her kids. Recently, Royalty and her daughter Jaliyah accused CJ of sexually harassing Jaliyah when they lived in the same house. In a YouTube video, the mother and daughter read pages from Jaliyah’s diary that allegedly detailed the events.
CJ has denied these allegations publicly and called out the family for allegedly defaming his name.
Since then, Royaltys other daughter, Nation, and CJs daughter, Camari, have gone back and forth online.
Even Royaltys son Leon, who fans say had a close bond wit CJ, posted to his IG story asking CJ to stop speaking on him. This came after CJ shared multiple videos about Leon, saying he planned to save him.
