Oop! Liam Hemsworth Officially Files For Divorce From Miley Cyrus

Roommates, it looks like Liam Hemsworth is ready to throw in the towel on his union with Miley Cyrus! He has reportedly filed for divorce from Miley amid their recent split, and Miley’s rendezvous.

According to TMZ, Liam filed the divorce documents in Los Angeles, citing their reason for splitting up as “irreconcilable differences”.

Sources reportedly tell TMZ the couple had a prenup, keeping their earnings separate during their marriage. They also have no kids, so. the divorce process should be pretty smooth.

As we previously reported, Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus announced their split on August 10. In an interview with People Magazine, Miley’s rep says she and Liam have simply grown apart, and will continue to be great parents to their dogs.

“Ever-evolving as partners and individuals, they have decided that it is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of the animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy.

Shortly after the split was announced, Miley was spotted locking lips with Brody Jenner’s ex wife, Kaitlynn Carter, as they vacationed in Lake Como.

Various photos of the two touching and kissing intimately surfaced, and further confirmed the buzz of Miley and Liam calling it quits.

Since then, Miley has released a new single entitled “Slide Away”, which seemingly puts the blame of their breakup on Liam. Miley, however, has not convinced fans she is innocent in all of this. Recently, Miley has definitely been having a hot girl summer, showing off those hips and her twerking skills!

Miley and Liam tied the night back in December, making their union less than one year old.

We hope Miley and Liam can work things out amicably!
