Doodie Speaks Out After Winning Defamation Lawsuit (Exclusive)

OTF Doodie Lo Says His “Ultimate Goal Is To Spread Awareness To Those Innocent Of False Accusations” After Winning Defamation Lawsuit Against FTN Bae (Exclusive Details)

OTF Doodie Lo is celebrating his legal victory and his name being cleared following a public war with his ex-girlfriend, FTN Bae following false allegations that he sexually abused her son. As we reported earlier, Doodie shared on his Instagram that he walked away from his defamation lawsuit with $11 Million, and FTN was arrested and charged with perjury in Miami.

If you recall, in December 2021, Doodie, born David Saulsberry, took to the ‘gram saying he sought to “recover damages for defamatory statements” made by FTN Bae. He alleged that FTN Bae, born Britney Elder, made “several recordings” of her son’s allegations. Doodie said FTN “taunted” him with the recordings before going public with one version of her allegations on October 27th, 2021.

The rapper also claimed FTN’s statements were “false, defamatory and injurious” to his personal and professional reputation. At the time, Doodie was reportedly seeking 5 million dollars for actual damages and $10 million for punitive damages. Doodie Lo exclusively told The Shade Room about the steps that will be taken to reclaim the money FTN owes him.

He clarified that the suit was $30 million and he’s unclear when he would receive the funds, but he told us, “She better pay soon.” The rapper clarified that he wanted justice and was “so happy.”

Doodie also explained the incident impacted his music career, business, family life, and overall mental stability. Moving forward, he explained,

“My ultimate goal is to spread awareness to those innocent of false accusations, especially innocent men who have been accused of sexual assault. This issue further highlights the dark side of #MeToo: What happens when men are falsely accused?”

Currently, it’s unclear how long FTN Bae will be behind bars, as court records show no bond amount or release date is available. Roomies, we will keep you posted as more information becomes available!
