But love is in the AIR for the man Claressa Shields calls her “king.” On Wednesday (March 5), the undisputed boxing champ penned a loving message for Papoose in honor of his 47th birthday. In his response, he made it crystal clear to all the trolls that the feeling between them is mutual.

Claressa Shields Brags On Her “King” Papoose
As mentioned, Shields delivered her loving message on Instagram. She shared a three-piece carousel to her feed. The first was a picture of them together at what looks like a music venue. Meanwhile, the second piece of content was a video of Papoose and Claressa embracing and talking in each other’s ears amid one of her boxing matches. And the third is another photo of them together at a Hawaii music fest Pap performed in.

Pap Reacts To Claressa’s Birthday Message
And Pap didn’t leave his bae hanging with her sweet message. He slid into her comment section with gratitude for their connection.
“@claressashields She’s not joking about the birthday punches y’all. 😳🤦🏽♂️ I don’t want no smoke. 🤣 Words can’t describe my appreciation. You’re more than amazing baby. I love you too,” Papoose wrote.
On IG Stories, he reposted all the birthday praise he’s received from supporters and loved ones. As for Claressa Shields, this isn’t the first time she’s expressed how she feels about Pap.
In early February, sis let her supporters know that their connection leaned on the “love” rather than the casual dating side.
Since then, we’ve watched them continue to pop out in public. From a Hawaii trip together to a basketball courtside date last week, Pap and Shields have been all smiles in each other’s presence.

But Where Is Remy Ma, Though?
It’s only been a few months since his estranged wife, Remy Ma, aired out Claressa and Papoose’s involvement on social media. The two women exchanged a couple of insults and allegations. Pap eventually stepped in, revealing his alleged requests for a divorce and accusing Ma of cheating. Her alleged side piece, Eazy The Block Captain, also made himself visible during that time. All THAT tea rocked the internet, given that the couple was once known as the “Golden Family.” That was especially the case after they welcomed their first and only child, a daughter named Reminisce Mackenzie. For context, they also had kids from past relationships, including Remy’s son and Papoose’s other three.
While it looks like Claressa Shields and Papoose are pushing forward, it’s unclear whether Eazy and Ma are still involved with each other. If you’re wondering, she has NOT shared any birthday messages for her estranged husband.
