People Have Filed A Petition To Rename ‘Crenshaw & Slauson’ Los Angeles Streets To “Nipsey Hussle Blvd” 

#NipseyHussle’s sudden and surprising passing has been a shock to all. Nipsey was dearly loved by his peers, fans, and his community, and the news of his passing was definitely not an easy pill to swallow.

With that being said, a petition has been filed to rename the street where Nipsey’s Marathon Clothing store stands, which is unfortunately also the place where his life was tragically taken. 

The petition calls to rename Crenshaw Blvd and Slauson Avenue in Los Angeles, CA to “Nipsey Hussle Blvd”.  If this petition gets the green light from Councilman Marqueece Harris-Dawson, this could potentially happen.

The petition which currently has a total of 6000 signatures at the time of this article, is calling for 7,500 signatures—and is getting there very quickly.
