Pharrell Williams Settles Million-Dollar Lawsuit Against Former Business Partners For His Talk Show, ‘ARTST TLK!’

Well it seems as though Pharrell is taking on more than he can chew, since the production company for his YouTube show “ARTST TLK” have been fighting this legal battle for over a year now, but they’ve finally came to an agreement—on Pharell’s terms!

Pharrell was being sued for millions of his coins by former business partner, Uncommon Content Partners who helped produce the talented artist’s, Season 1 of the 12 episode YouTube show that has featured a host of celebrity guests appearances.

Exclusively revealed to The Jasmine Brand, the company was upset that he allegedly bailed on a project to instead film “The Voice” for it’s newest season after an agreement was made through their contract that he was supposed to stay on his talk show up to Season 2. They now want to the singer-writer to pay for the costly damages for all the money they’ve lost.

Long story short, the judge dropped the filed lawsuit against Pharrell once he pointed out that the contract indicates that they have to both agree upon a schedule that doesn’t conflict with other prior work engagements.

What possibly made the judge come to his or her senses was when the production company asked to see his contract for “The Voice” just to know how much he was depositing in that bank account of his!

Once April 13 rolled around, both parties settled in on an agreement. The production company is now waiting on a sign-off from the singer and then the case will be finally dismissed!
