Rihanna is officially in the third trimester of her pregnancy and she has been out and about preparing to welcome her bundle of joy! While she hasn’t spilled any tea about the gender her and A$AP Rocky’s baby, fans seem to think she was sending a hint during a recent trip to Target.
Rih recently visited the baby section of a Target store in Westwood, Los Angeles, where the paparazzi snapped a few photos of her holding a coral dress. Although sources say she was also browsing in the boy’s section, folks on social media are convinced Rihanna is getting ready to give birth to a baby girl!
“Can’t believe I get to witness Rihanna having a baby girl,” one fan wrote on Twitter. “Imagine if she gets Rih’s Cupid’s bow.”
While some fans expressed their excitement, others weren’t too convinced that Rih would get caught up like that!
“Omggg what if Rihanna bought the girls clothes to throw us off?,” a fan wrote.
Other fans criticized people for assuming the baby’s gender, and said its disappointing that Rihanna wasn’t given the opportunity to reveal it on her own.
“How y’all know Rihanna is having a girl? Just because you see her clothes shopping. Y’all Twitter stans are weird. Don’t give out the sex of the baby yet. Stop ruining sh*t.”
“I’m so happy for Rihanna and her having a baby girl, but I’m so disappointed that a lot of this pregnancy has been spoiled for her.”
Rihanna recently spoke with Elle Magazine about her journey to motherhood so far, and she dished on being inspired by Heather Dubrow and Teresa Giudice of the Real Housewives franchise.
“Heather Dubrow is so chic while being a mom” Rih stated. “Just love the way that she just allows her kids to be who they are. And that’s really inspiring to me. But Teresa from Jersey does not play about her kids. She will flatten you about those kids. And that resonated with me a lot because I feel like that’s the type of mom I’m going to be. Psycho about it. You talk about my kids, it’s over.”
The rumors about Rihanna carrying a baby girl are just that–rumors. But, hopefully the Rihanna navy will get some tea soon!
