Rich Homie Quan has been laid to rest by his family and loved ones. Subsequently, photos, footage, and tributes for the rapper have surfaced on social media of his homegoing celebration.

More Details On Rich Homie Quan’s Funeral Service

According to a Universe event pageinitially shared by the rapper’s official website, Quan’s funeral service commenced on Tuesday, September 17.

Per Universe, the celebration was held at a church in College Park, Georgia. Furthermore, the public was able to purchase tickets for separate time slots for the rapper’s viewing. The viewing reportedly took place between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. Tuesday morning, and commenced into the full funeral service.

Rich Homie Quan’s Family Previously Detailed Their Memorial Plans

As The Shade Room previously reported, Quan born Dequantes Devontay Lamar passed away on Thursday, September 5. He was reportedly found unconscious with no heartbeat.

The following day, the rapper’s father, Corey Lamar, broke his silence on the matter.

On September 7, Amber Williams, Quan’s girlfriend and mother of his youngest children, opened up about the effect of his passing, per The Shade Room.

Subsequently, the Atlanta Police Department released an incident report, revealing more information about the circumstances surrounding how Quan was found, per The Shade Room. The report asserted that Quan was initially found with food in his mouth by his brother, Andre Munford, around 3 a.m. Munford believed Quan had fallen asleep and laid him on the couch in his home.

Around 6:45 a.m., Williams took their children to school and later returned and went to sleep, believing Quan had been doing the same.

At or around 11:00 a.m., Williams woke up and found Quan’s body to be cold. She then called 911, informing authorities that Quan “did not appear to be alert, conscious, or breathing.”

At this time, the finding of the rapper’s autopsy report remains to be publicly shared.
