After taking the report, LAPD issued an emergency protective order which restrains Hitmaka from coming within 100 yards of his alleged victim. He is also ordered not to contact her directly or indirectly in any even by electronic means, and cannot go near her home.

The protection order is set to expire on March 20th, which at that point if she wants an extension, she will have to file an actual restraining order in Los Angeles Court.

The alleged victim was hospitalized on Saturday, March 14th, and was treated for her injuries at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. She was eventually diagnosed with a “closed head injury, closed fracture of nasal bone, and facial lacerations.”

One part of the victim’s face required “several stitches.” Her hospital records verified that her injuries stemmed from an “assault.”

While LAPD is investigating the assault, it is not immediately clear if and when they will arrest Hitmaka. We’ll keep you posted on any updates.
