There seems to be a lot going on with Prince, even after his passing back in April.
According to TMZ, Prince allegedly did not pay his divorce lawyer before his unexpected passing on April 21st.
His divorce lawyer claims that the singer still owed almost $600,000 following his divorce from his second wife, Manuela Testolini. The couple married back in 2001 and was divorced by 2006.
Cousins Law Firm in West Palm Beach filed a claim demanding that the late singers estate pays off the $599,735.63 bill. The divorce lawyer said that he and Prince were great friends and had an agreement that he did not have to pay until “all loose ends were tied up.”
When asked what would have taken ten years to complete, the lawyer did not say. However, he claims that he finished everything on April 1st and Prince passed on April 21st.
