Remy Ma is speaking out following rumors that she’s dating amid her lengthy divorce and the release of her single, ‘Why I Get Married?’ Keke Wyatt is featured on the track, and Rem is also defending the singer following her recent arrest.
Remy Ma played coy while being asked whether or not she’s dating fellow rapper Millyz. The duo was recently seen together in a spicy video posted on social media, and dating rumors soon followed. Furthermore, the ‘Why I Get Married?’ artist is also featured on Millyz’s single ‘Say Ya.’
However, Reminisce, 46, seemingly denied she was dating Millyz, 35, when asked specifically by TMZ. She’s currently divorcing rapper Papoose.
“I’m dating my music,” replied Reminisce. “Make sure you guys get the ‘Alimony’ LP. I’m so locked in. I’m in a monogamous relationship with my music.”
Her denial aside, Remy recently shared a video on Instagram with her fans, in which she receives several bouquets of red roses from Millyz. Not only that, but Millyz also gifted Reminisce a Hermes handbag in the clip. The post was captioned:
“thank you @millyz. Sidebar: the card thoRemFunFact: I cant WAIT til FRIDAY! Pre-save link in my bio.”
Keke Wyatt is featured on Remy’s track ‘Why I Get Married?,’ and the artist also spoke with TMZ about Wyatt’s recent arrest. The Shade Room previously reported that Wyatt was arrested on Sunday, September 20.
The 44-year-old was allegedly charged with aggravated assault and terroristic threats after pointing a gun out of a car window while threatening a woman during a custody exchange. In addition, Wyatt was reportedly charged with 3rd degree witness-cruelty to children, and Remy defended Wyatt.
Remy noted that Wyatt was arrested several days before the news broke. The Georgia Gazette reported the arrest four days afterward, and the rapper suggested that the timing was no accident.
“I don’t know if you guys posted the correct date,” she said. “But this miraculously showed up today when the record came out.”
She added that Wyatt, who has 11 children, would never harm a child.
“Keke’s great,” she continued. “She’s amazing. She’s never, and would never, do anything to any children. She’s an amazing mother, and she’s an amazing artist. I’m so happy to have her on this record.”
Wyatt was arrested in Henry County, Georgia, on Sept. 20, 2026, for aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, and third-degree cruelty to children. According to TMZ, Wyatt got into an argument with a woman during a custody exchange and threatened her with a gun, which explains the third-degree cruelty to children charge. Wyatt allegedly pointed the gun, a 9mm Beretta, out of a car window at the woman as she said:
“Let that b*tch come over here,” said Wyatt (allegedly). “So I can blow her brains out.”
She reportedly spent two days in jail. Upon her release, Keke denied that she had threatened the woman or pointed the gun at her. In addition, she also denied the cruelty to children, terroristic threats, and assault charges on Instagram. Not only that, but she claimed that she was only charged with “simple assault.”
“Keke Wyatt WAS NOT charged with cruelty to children, terroristic threats and acts or aggravated assault as has been reported by certain media outlets,” reads the statement. “We are particularly concerned by the circulation of allegations involving cruelty to children, as this is an extremely serious characterization and is not a charge reflected in the court documentation in this matter.”
