#Roommates, #RemyMa is in custody after turning herself in on assault charges stemming from an alleged altercation she had with Brittney Taylor from #LHHNY.

According to @TMZ_TV, she surrendered to police today after Brittney Taylor alleged she was punched in the face by Remy while backstage at the Pretty Lou Benefit concert at Irving Plaza in NYC.

Brittney wasted no time going to social media bout what happened between the pair.

Brittney has been working closely with police to ensure that a full investigation takes place. In fact, she even sent a quote to Daily Mail, saying: “I just don’t feel like it’s okay for people to put their hands on someone that’s not being malicious to them, that’s being genuine,” she said. “She’s supposed to be someone with the status and power that she can use for good or bad,” she said. “She shouldn’t be punching someone — punching someone so hard in the face to the point that here we are four days later and my eye’s only getting worse. It really hurts.”

Remy has yet to comment on the situation publicly, but shortly after news spread online. Remy was seen sporting an ankle monitor.

As of now, other details are still a bit unclear but according to TMZ, Britney’s lawyer maintains she will continue to “fully cooperate with the authorities.” Along with Remy’s recent arrest, Brittney is also reportedly gearing up for a civil lawsuit as well.
