Renni Rucci Alleges That The Judge Over Foogiano’s Case Has A History Of Racial Prejudice

Free Foo! Ever since Foogiano has been incarcerated, his girlfriend Renni Rucci has been holding him down. If you recall, he was arrested in Memphis in March for violating his probation and allegedly tampered with his court-ordered ankle monitor by removing it and going on the run for several months. Throughout this time, she has continued to share the love for him on her social media accounts by sharing photos and videos of the two. As news broke yesterday that the rapper has been sentenced to five years for the charges and is being held in custody with no bail, Renni immediately started a “Free Foo” on her Instagram account.

Today Renni shared some alarming news about the judge over Foo’s case and alleged that he has a history of racial prejudice. She wrote, “Judge William A. Prior of Greene County, Georgia called out for blatantly calling someone the N-word in court… He returned from his suspension and is back as a Senior judge sending more brothers and sisters to jail… This shouldn’t be allowed because it shows racial prejudice. Call the Georgia ACLU and get him out of there ASAP! 770- 303–8111”

Renni continued by sharing another note that she found out that other families have experienced the same alleged harsh sentencing that Foo is experiencing. The Roommates had several opinions when we asked us their thoughts on the situation. One commented, “5yrs is very excessive for his first violation. And the judge calling ppl the n-word..more than enough reason to believe her.” Another commented, “He cut his ankle bracelet off… He knows the consequences, but don’t pull the race card.”

Roomies, do you think Renni’s claims are valid?
