Rihanna Is Reportedly Renting Out Her Beverly Hills Mansion For $80K A Month!

If you ever wished you could live like Rihanna, you might get your chance if you happen to have $80,000 just sitting around! Y’all know Rih as an artist, business woman, and all-around baddie, but now she’ll be somebody’s landlord as one of her recent property purchases is available to rent.

According to TMZ, Rihanna listed her $13.8 million Beverly Hills mansion to rent for a whopping $80k a month. The five-bedroom, 7-bathroom home spreads across 7,600 square feet and make Rihanna the owner of five properties so far.

If y’all recall, Rihanna purchased the home in late 2020. She also owns the house right next door to it, which she purchased in March for $10 million. Rihanna’s real estate portfolio also includes a $6.8 million Hollywood Hills estate, a $5.5 million penthouse in Los Angeles, and a high-floor condo along the Wilshire Corridor.

Now y’all know Rihanna is all about getting that coin, but she’s also been getting her baewatch on, which could explain why she’s renting out her home. For the last few months, we’ve spotted Rih all across the globe with her bae A$AP Rocky, and she’s seemingly been spending most of her time with him in NYC.

We recently spotted A$AP and Rihanna all boo’d up in an all-white Rolls Royce! The two were reportedly leaving a studio in NYC, which quickly sparked rumors of new music possibly in the works.

Nevertheless, it looks like Rih is ready to make some money from her property investment. Would y’all spend the bread to stay in the Bad Gal’s crib?
