Roommates, Ciaras son little Future is officially a big boy, as he just celebrated his sixth birthday. To commemorate the occasion, Russell Wilson and Future both took to social media to post messages to himbut things took a turn when fans began debating Russells message because hes little Futures stepdad.
Russell Wilson has raised Ciaras son Future as his own since he was practically an infantand they have an extremely close bond because of it. So, it shouldnt be a surprise that Russell would post a very emotional birthday message to little Future on his sixth birthday, however that didnt stop Futures fans from throwing shade his way.
Russell Wilson and Future posted birthday messages to little Future, but as with anything involving these two, a debate quickly started about biological parents versus step-parents. Russells message was lengthy, emotional and very heartfeltwhile Futures was the exact opposite.
Russell wrote the following:
You are my daily inspiration. My best friend…Full of Love, Joy, and Grace. I thank Jesus everyday for who you are & being able to lead & guide you. Your future is forever endless and I pray you swim into every opportunity and obstacle in life with this much Love and Enthusiasm. Happy 6th Birthday Future! Daddy loves you! ????????????????@Ciara
Meanwhile, this was Futures message:

Futures fans immediately flooded social media and started to accuse Russell of over-stepping his boundaries because he referred to himself as little Futures Daddy in his birthday message, which they claim is disrespectful.
We think its awesome that little Future has so many people who love him, whether they are biological or not.
