Congrats are in order to Safaree and Erica Mena, as they are now husband and wife.
The couple officially tied the knot on Monday surrounded by their family and friends. Some of your favorite VH1 stars were in attendance at the wedding and gave a glimpse into the black and red themed celebration for their union.
Stars such as Yandy Smith, Karlie Redd, Sierra, and Amina Buddafuly, who also served as a bridesmaid , was front and center to see Safaree and Erica say their “I Dos.” We’re pretty sure we’ll definitely get a look into the lavish wedding during an upcoming season of “Love & Hip Hop,” as VH1 cameras were spotted filming at the beautiful event.
Fans have been watching Safaree and Erica’s love story blossom for some time now. The couple got engaged last year during Christmas Eve, and they have been giving little sneak peeks into all of the wedding planning.
As we previously reported, aside from being newlyweds, the Samuels are also gearing up to welcome their first child together. They officially announced the news with VH1 during one of their maternity shoots.
Safaree expressed his excitement and said, “I didn’t know I was capable of doing this, but I’m excited. I’m excited, I’m nervous, I’m in shock, I’m in disbelief. It’s like very surreal to me, so it’s like, woah I don’t know what the hell to do, but I’m gonna be great at what I do because I’m great at everything.”
