Whew! Rumors have been swirling for days about Saweetie and Quavo possibly breaking up, and it looks like Saweetie may be sending Quavo back to the streets as she confirmed that he is a single woman. We covered that there could’ve been something going on between the two after Saweetie unfollowed Quavo on the ‘gram on Wednesday.
Saweetie took to Twitter to let her fans know that their speculations were correct, and she is indeed single.
“I’m single. I’ve endured too much betrayal and hurt behind the scenes for a false narrative to be circulating that degrades my character,” the Icy Girl wrote. “Presents don’t band aid scares and the love isn’t real when the intimacy is given to other women.”

She continued saying that she is excited to move forward with her life and has peace in regard to the situation.
“I emotionally checked out a long time ago and have walked away with a deep sense of peace and freedom. Excited for this new chapter of elevation.”

Saweetie and Quavo began sparking breakup rumors this week after unfollowing each other on the ‘gram, but Saweetie added some flames to the fire following some interesting appearances she made this week.
Saweetie recently spoke with media personality Leah A. Henry, and she seemed to be avoiding a few questions about the Huncho. She also appeared on her ex-boo Justin Combs’ new talk show, and things got a little awkward.

Quavo and Saweetie started dating back in 2018, and have been crowned ‘couple goals’ ever since! The couple broke the internet with their romantic spread in GQ, and have been publicly calling every other couple broke with the expensive gifts they gave one another. They even had all of the men sending snow flakes to women’s DM’s to shoot their shot after revealing that was the method Quavo used to get his Icy Girl’s attention!
