Saweetie doesnt seem too interested in taking a trip down memory lane. Especially when it comes to some old relationship drama involving Quavo. The ‘Icy’ rapper recently addressed a topic Roomies may remember all too well, making it clear shes surprised its still being discussed nearly five years later.
This week, TMZ caught up with Saweetie at LAX and asked her about Quavo recently opening up about that Bentley situation during an interview with Yung Miami. While Quavo shared his perspective on what went down and that he believes “God” told him to take the car back following their breakup, Saweetie didnt seem too pressed to revisit the details. Im surprised thats still a topic of conversation, Saweetie said, before adding that shes “happy” Quavo has “found God.”
And chile, Roomies wasted no time running to TSRs Instagram comment section to weigh in on Saweetie and Quavos latest round of Bentley tea. Some folks claimed Saweetie clearly aint thinking about Quavo, while others said the whole situation is proof that men can be messier than women when it comes to old relationship drama.

As Roomies may remember, Quavo gifted Saweetie a customized Bentley for Christmas in 2020. The luxury whip came decked out with snowflake detailing and Icy embroidered on the headrests. After Saweetie and Quavo split a few months later, however, the Bentley became part of the breakup conversation.
Then, rumors began circulating that Quavo had taken the vehicle back. He later appeared to reference the situation in the lyrics to ‘Having Our Way,’ rapping, She had it her way, now she out of a Bentley. Also, the vehicle was also reportedly in auction. Now, with Quavo recently bringing the situation back into the conversation, Saweeties reaction suggests she may be ready to leave that chapter right where it was: the past.
