Yike, looks like the European fans who were anxiously waiting for Rihanna’s ANTI tour to hit their side of town won’t be able to see The Weekend jamming by her side! Thats because he reportedly dropped out of the tour!
According to E! News, the ‘Earned It’ singer has decided to chose his own music over Rihanna’s, “Due to some unforeseen changes with upcoming projects, The Weeknd will no longer be joining Rihanna on her upcoming international Anti World Tour,” a rep told them.
The international tour is scheduled to begin June 11th in Amsterdam but have no fear Big Sean will still be there! The Weekend has yet to make any public statement of his own but he did take to Twitter in what seemed like a slight clap back at the people who may be upset about his sudden departure.
He tweeted:
