TMZ reports that Sean Kingston and his mother, Janice Turner, were found guilty on Friday, March 28, of all five charges they faced. Their charges include running a fraud scheme, grand theft, identity theft, and other related crimes.
The judge considers Kingston’s mother a flight risk, so she’s remaining behind bars for now. Meanwhile Sean is on home detention while they wait for sentencing on July 11. TMZ also notes that if convicted, both could face up to 20 years behind bars for each count.

They both pled not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, according to Local 10. Their quick exit from the court went viral as they avoided stopping for an interview with Local 10 reporter Andrew Perez.
Authorities have accused Kingston and Turner of stealing “hundreds and thousands” in cash from multiple banks, along with nearly $500,000 worth of jewelry. They also allegedly took a $160,000 truck and over $80,000 worth of furniture.
